Don't forget that most of the Daily Routines and many of the general exercises for kids are equally beneficial for adults. The beauty of mindfulness is that it isn't dependent on age (or gender or race or socio-economic status, and on and on). Quite often, kids can be our best mindfulness teachers, so take their lead.
